My background is in Physics — not the typical path into project management. But it turned out to be an advantage. Systems thinking, precision under uncertainty, and working backward from constraints are habits that transfer directly to how I manage projects. I bring that same analytical lens to every delivery challenge.

Over 4 years across a nonprofit, a health tech company, and a software startup, I've learned that most project failures aren't methodology failures — they're communication failures.
